A practical approach to cleaner windows
Vitrela Australia is the Australian store for the Vitrela window cleaning robot. This website is for people who want to understand the product before deciding whether it belongs in their home. We sell online in Australian dollars, with free shipping across Australia and a 30-day money-back guarantee. The aim is to make the choice understandable, not to make window cleaning sound effortless in every situation.
For many people, the difficult part of cleaning windows is not finding a cloth. It is the bending, repeated wiping and temptation to climb up to reach an awkward pane. A robot can help with part of that job on suitable glass. It cannot remove the need to think about access, prepare the equipment or know when a window needs professional attention.
What Vitrela is designed to do
Vitrela is intended for smooth, flat glass inside and out. It uses 5600 Pa suction, ultrasonic spray from a 35 ml tank and rotating, washable microfibre pads. Edge sensors help it detect boundaries. These are the product features we can describe; they are not a claim that every window will come up perfectly after one pass.
The robot also has a backup battery with an alarm on power loss, a 4 m safety rope and a power cable. Safe setup remains essential. If you are considering outside cleaning, you must be able to place and retrieve the robot from a safe position. Avoiding a ladder is only useful if you are not replacing it with another risky way of reaching the glass.
Being clear about the limits
Vitrela is not suitable for frosted or textured glass or very small panes. It is not a solution for every window shape, every kind of dirt or every access problem. Before ordering, look at the surfaces you actually want to clean, rather than assuming all the glass around your home will be suitable.
Read the Vitrela specifications and our explanation of how Vitrela works. If your circumstances are unclear, get in touch with a question before buying. Asking first is more useful than relying on a broad promise that any robot can do everything.
What an honest product website should tell you
Facts are different from customer experience
We believe trust is earned, so we never use made-up customer stories, ratings or testimonials. Our full Vitrela review gives you the honest pros, cons and our verdict, and verified owner reviews are added there as customers send them in.
Convenience still involves preparation
Using a robot includes checking the glass, arranging power, securing the safety rope, preparing the pads and staying nearby. You also need to move it between separate panes and care for the equipment afterwards. We think it is better to explain those responsibilities clearly than suggest that buying a robot means never thinking about window cleaning again.
Shopping with Vitrela Australia
The single robot is A$199.99, previously A$399.98. The two-pack is A$389.98, previously A$799.96. You can review the options on the price page. A bundle only makes sense if you have a practical use for two robots; a single unit may be the more suitable purchase for your household.
Checkout is through Shopify, with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Review the items and amount before confirming payment. Free Australian shipping is included, and orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Dispatch is not the same as arrival, so read the shipping information rather than assuming delivery will occur the next day.
Returns and your rights
Orders include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please read the returns information for the process before ordering. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law also apply; the guarantee does not replace those rights. If you have a concern, use the contact page rather than trying to resolve a product problem through unsafe experimentation.
Take the time you need
Our Australian window cleaning robot guide can help you compare the idea with your current routine. For awkward outside glass, start with safety information and the guide to cleaning outside windows safely. The right choice is the one that fits your glass, your access and your comfort level, even if that means choosing another method.
