Buy Vitrela in Australia: official store

How to order Vitrela in 3 easy steps

Ordering takes about two minutes, and you can check everything before you pay.

• Step 1: Choose your bundle in the box on this page: 1 Vitrela, or the 2-pack for the best price each.
• Step 2: Tap Buy now. You'll go straight to Shopify's secure checkout.
• Step 3: Enter your delivery address and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Which bundle is right for you?

The 1-pack is perfect if you want one robot for your home. It cleans sliding doors, big living-room windows, balcony glass and the outside of windows you can reach from inside.

The 2-pack is our best value at A$194.99 per robot. It's popular for two-storey homes (one upstairs, one downstairs, no carrying it up and down stairs), for a house plus a holiday place, or as a gift so parents or grandparents never need a ladder again. You can also split a 2-pack with a family member or neighbour so you both pay less.

Watch out for copycat sites

Popular products attract look-alike websites and listings. Vitrela is sold through this official store, so if you see Vitrela elsewhere at a strange price or with a different name, it may not be the genuine product and won't come with our guarantee. Ordering here keeps it simple and safe.

What's in the box

Every Vitrela comes ready to use: the robot itself, washable rotating microfibre pads, a 4 m safety rope and a power cable. Inside the robot you'll find 5600 Pa suction, an ultrasonic spray with a 35 ml tank, edge sensors and a backup battery with an alarm.

Will Vitrela suit your windows?

Vitrela is made for smooth, flat glass, inside and out. That covers most Australian homes: sliding doors, picture windows, bedroom windows, balcony glass, glass balustrades and the outside of windows you can reach comfortably from inside. It isn't designed for frosted or textured glass or very small panes.

Not sure? You have 30 days to try it on your own windows with our money-back guarantee.
