The Australian store for Vitrela
This is the official Vitrela website for Australia, vitrelarobotau.com. Here you can read about the window cleaning robot, check prices in Australian dollars and order online for delivery within Australia. This page brings the key purchase details together so you can check what you are buying without relying on an advertisement or an unfamiliar sales message.
Being on the official website should not mean you need to skip the questions that matter. Check your glass type, safe access, the product features and the returns information before ordering. A window cleaning robot can be a practical aid, but it is not suitable for every window or every household routine.
Check the product, not just its appearance
Vitrela has 5600 Pa suction, ultrasonic spray, a 35 ml tank and rotating, washable microfibre pads. It also has edge sensors, a backup battery with an alarm on power loss, a 4 m safety rope and a power cable. Read the Vitrela specifications for the confirmed feature list rather than assuming a similar-looking item has the same details.
The intended surface is smooth, flat glass inside and out. Vitrela is not suitable for frosted or textured glass or very small panes. Those restrictions matter as much as the feature list. If the windows you most want help with fall outside that description, do not assume the robot will become suitable simply because it is sold through an official store.
Understand what you will still need to do
Setup, supervision and pad care are part of using the product. You need to arrange power, secure the safety rope and follow the supplied operating instructions. You also need to move the robot between separate panes. Our usage guide explains those responsibilities, while how Vitrela works describes the cleaning method and its limits.
For outside glass, safe access comes first. Do not lean out of a window or stand on furniture to attach the robot. The safety page and guide to cleaning outside windows safely should be part of your research. Some windows are better left to a professional with appropriate equipment.
Prices in Australian dollars
One Vitrela robot is A$199.99, previously A$399.98. The two-pack is A$389.98, previously A$799.96. You can view the purchase options on the Vitrela price page. Compare the total with what you need rather than treating a larger bundle as the automatic choice.
Two single robots at the stated current price would cost A$399.98, so the two-pack is A$10 less than buying two separately. That is a straightforward comparison, not a reason to buy an extra robot you do not need. Check the selected quantity and final order details before confirming payment.
Checkout and delivery information
Orders use Shopify checkout. Available payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Take a moment to review your delivery details and the order amount before submitting payment, particularly if an address has been filled automatically by your browser or wallet.
Shipping is free within Australia, and orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Dispatch means the order is sent, not that it has arrived. Check the shipping information for delivery guidance. Do not interpret the dispatch timeframe as a guaranteed delivery date, especially when planning a clean around a particular occasion.
Reviews should be genuine
Want an honest opinion before you buy? Read our full Vitrela review for the pros, cons and our verdict. We only ever publish reviews from real, verified Vitrela owners, never made-up names or star ratings, and owner reviews are added as customers send them in.
Read the guarantee before you order
Every order includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Read the returns details so you understand the process, rather than assuming every return situation works the same way. Your Australian Consumer Law rights also apply, and the guarantee does not replace them.
If a purchase detail or suitability question remains unclear, contact us before placing an order. You can also use the Australian window cleaning robot guide to compare your needs with what this type of product offers. Clear information matters more than rushing a decision.
Keep your decision focused on suitable glass, safe handling and the full purchase information. There is no need to choose a product before those practical questions are answered.
